Important Information:
In most instances your order will be despatched within 1-3 working days after you order is placed. However, this cannot be guaranteed during busy periods.
Whilst we endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, there may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. We do not currently operate a backorder system – if an item is out of stock at the time you order, you will need to re-order at a later date. Note that newly introduced items are often difficult to restock at short notice.
We try out best to ensure that the packaging we use protects your precious papers, etc., and always send goods out in pristine condition. However, we cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit. In this instance, you must contact the post office. It is useful if you photograph visibly damaged packaging before opening.
Goods that are faulty or not as described can, of course, be returned. Please contact us for a return authorisation number. We cannot accept the return of goods that you simply don’t like.

Payments
We accept payment by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or Debit Card (Switch, Maestro or Visa) directly on-line at the time of order (UK only). We also accept payment by cheque or postal order payable to Crafts USL, (UK only).
Payment by Cheque or Postal Order
Please allow 5 working days from date of receipt to Crafts USL, for processing and clearance. Your goods will be posted to you once the cheque has cleared in our bank. Please make cheques and postal orders payable to:- Crafts USL
